Seaplace Association, Inc, Longboat Key, FL - James Quinn, Resident Manager, writes the following concerning the installation of 600 feet of ProTecTube™ in 1988:

“The Board unanimously thanks you for developing this system in that it provided unique protection to our property during the recent double hurricane hits of Frances and Jeanne. The properties to our adjacent north and south lost virtually all their beachfront, while the Caledon revetment provided essentially full containment from the ocean action from the hurricanes. This is remarkable in that winds were clocked at close to 150 mph.”
